Hello All,

I have a Windows 2003 R2 member server on a Windows 2000 native domain.
For some reason all my Windows 2003 R1 member servers allow domain
administrators to do everything, however, as for my Windows 2003 R2
member server, the network administrators get access denied when trying
to install new software and updates. However, if I login as a local
administrator, I'm able to have full rein again. Does anyone have the
solution to correcting this or any suggestions or know why this is so?

Thanks,
Howard
