Do not want Multiple Logon Scripts to run with GPO's

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I have what I think is something fairly Simple. A GPO set to run script
A at the domain root level, I want all users in the domain except one
OU to run this script. This OU should run script B. Now I have a GPO
at that OU level specifiying script B to run. I have the OU GPO with
precedence over the Domain GPO. I thought that in this configuation
script B should overwrite script A. However they are BOTH running at
the same time. What am I missing??
