Computer belongs to one domain, user to another?
Hi,
if a computer is member of an AD domain (call it A), and a user account
resides in another domain (B),
1
can the user log in to this computer provided there is a trust from A to B?
2
which group policies are applied? are machine policies from A applied, and
user policies from B?
3
will windows integrated authentication work from Internet Explorer to a web
server in a domain which trusts B?
4
will the user have a token for the security groups of which she is a member?
Is there any serious drawback in doing it this way?
TIA
/ Ted
