Home Folder Permissions

Hello

the Home Folder for Useres doesn't get the Permission whe i create or
modify a User in AD.
I shared a Folder on a Fileserver with Everyone "Full Control"
Remove the inherit Chebox from NTFS Permission.
When i now modify a User in ADUC to set the Home folder to the share.
The Folder with the Username is created but not with the right
Permission. Administrators and the User schould have Full Control. Why?
