-Make sure that each DNS server points to itself under NIC preferred DNS.

When I make DC2 point to itself as the first DNS entry, then reboot, it
can no longer access active directory at all!

Error
Naming information canot be located for following reason. The server is
not operational.

DC2 seems to access active directory only when it has DC1 as its
primary DNS
