Can't find cached credentials (or Interactive logon)

Where are the cached credentials and/or Interactive logon setting
located? I've done the old google search, and I've searched this group
and I haven't found where the cached credentials or the Interactive
logon options are located. I am trying to setup our laptops users to
be able access their files when they take their laptops home with them.

Can anyone please help me with this?
