Guys Thanks you for all the suggestion. I went to the interview which
lasted nealry 1 hour 40 minutes.
I would say it was really tough and i thought i wont get the job as i
couldnt answer some question.
But overall i am told that i was the best candidate they interviewed
out of 7 candidates and i got offered a position starting from monday.
Thank you guys for all your help.
Congratulations AND Good Luck with your new job.
I have a (follow-up) question for you, especially in
light of the fact that your were hire at least partially
on the basis of your good interview even though you
could not answer all questions:
How would YOU not answer your ORIGINAL question
if someone else asked it here today?

So when I do this (alot), I will talk to you about whatever interests me
on
your resume. As far as I'm concerned if you put it on there you must know
something about it. I'll interject technical questions sometimes, but,
really I just want to get a feel for you, and I can tell a lot just
having a
simple conversation that's technical but not indepth. I can smell BS a
mile
away on an interview and once I feel like my time is being wasted I just
call it and that's it.

Hey Guys,
I need some help. I have been working as an IT contractor for past 10
years in wintel enviroment. For the past 3 years i have been working in
a complex environment providing 3rd line support and above within a
team of 4.
We upgaded a whole infrasture from nt to win2k3 including exchange.
The reason for my post is that i am end of my contract and going for an
interview on friday for a similar post.
In the last stretch of my current contract there wasnt much to do other
then normal support after the successful upgrade and decomissing so i
am bit rusty.
Wanted some expert advise on interview question i might get asked for
the level of post i am going for.
Something that you might ask if you were hiring someone for the top
most level of support.
Please any help would be great. So please post as many question as you
have or a template of existing wuestion that you may have asked
recently on windows 2003 AD and stuff.
thanks once again.
