That generally is Permissions.
what error are you getting in logon/logoff
To replace permissions, take ownership of the folder(s) give user and system full access, and make sure that you select replace permissions on this folder subfolders and files.

I have a Windows 2003 sbs and active directory running.
I setup a roaming profile for my lan users about 40users in number.
The roaming profile worked for some months and suddenly stopped working.
I have check the disk space which is more than enough, also check the
shraing/ntfs permission on the server housing the roaming location.
Also, i check the server & client event viewer for error but none was logged.

I will appreciate if anyone can assist in fixing this problem.
