Time error on a DC

I'm receiving event id's - 14 & 29 - on one of my dc's, complaining
about time. The PDCe is set to pull time correctly but this one dc
wont sync with it. I applied the hotfix decsribed in 830092 but still
receiving the same results. If I sent this DC to NTP and NT5DS (this
is the msoft default), it works. Is there something else I should be
checking?
