no it is not needed to run ADPREP /domainprep /gpprep (for R2) if you have a
native W2K3 environment
you need to execute it if you have a W2K environment.
and if you run it, nothing will happen as it will say: has already been done
when executed in a W2K3 environment

I am in the process of upgrading to Windows 2003 R2. The instructions
state
that you need to run ADPREP Forestprep, however, I do not see anything
about
running domainprep.
My question is, do you need to also execute ADPREP domainprep prior to R2
upgrade.
