you can configure auditing for AD on DCs, but for that you will need to
"consilidate" all security event logs. Have a look at third party tools from
netpro or quest

Hello,
I am looking for an Active Directory reporting tool that will give me
reports on changes made to Active Directory such as new user accounts,
password changes, rights changes, etc.
Is there any out there that someone can recommend?
Thanks much.
