I'm trying to apply article 888046 (Allow power users the right to
load and
unload device drivers on a domain)
When I go to add the power users group it doesn't resolve it ??? I
looked
in the built in acounts folder and it is not there. ???
Any ideas?

I ran into this same thing one day.
It turned out to be simple: When I went to select users or groups, at
the top under "Select this object type" only "Users or Built-in security
principals" is selected by default.
Click the Object Types button next to that, and check the Groups box.
Click OK, and now when you type Power Users it will resolve.
However
The Power Users group is a local machine group, not a domain group.
