can you copy the settings of the old GPO to a new GPO, replace links from
the old GPO with the new GPO and delete the old GPO

Jorge,
I have created an empty test policy on the PDC-Emulator and it replicated
just fine despite the c-drive being almost out of space on the DC in
question. So the NTFRS seems to be ok. It just won't replicate that one
empty
folder...

Hello,
when I run gpotool /checkacl /v on our domain controllers I get a
SYSVOL
mismatch error for 2 of our policies between 2 of our DCs. When I check
the
relevant folder substructure I can see that one (empty) folder did not
get
replicated to a DC running windows 2000 SP4.
The DC that is missing the folder only has 55 MB left on the partition
hosting NTDS and SYSVOL. I know that's not good but I'm not sure if
that
is
the reason for the above problem.
I have tried restarting NTFRS on the DC and I have also tried forcing
replication from FRSDIAG.exe and from A+D Sites & Services. Everything
works
fine - no errors - but the folder does not get replicated.
I realize I can rebuild the SYSVOL structure by using BURFLAGS D2. But
isn't
there some other, easier and smoother way to just replicate that one
folder?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
:-) Harry
