HELP: computer object in AD sudenlly disappears!

Few days ago I have joined one of brand new PC (winXP pro) into
win2003 AD domain. User has worked normally till today - when he
wanted to log on to the domain, there was erorr message apearing,
saying that maby username is wrong, or DC cannot be contacted, or comp
acc doesnt exist. When I checked in AD - there wasnt those comp
account!

OK, so I disjoined this PC from domain, restart, and put it again on
domain, and after that everything was ok. Any idea? What happens? Whay
it was disappeard?
