RE: group policy can't take effect to workstation

Hi,
Which policy specifically is not working? Is it under the User
Configuration or Computer Configuration section of Group Policy?
Remember if you like a GPO to an OU and are trying to apply settings under
User Configuration, the User Account must reside in or under that OU (with
some exceptions). If you are trying to apply Computer Configuration
policy, the Computer Account must reside in or under that OU.
Also, check the application event log for any errors or warnings,
particularly from the source Userenv or SceCli.
Hope this helps,

Hi!;
I have one Windows 2003 server and setup AD. I have configured group
in certain OU (organization unit). However when the users in OU log in togot
domain. The OU group policy what I configured in AD can not take effect to
workstation. However I cannot find any error id regarding this in event
viewer. I have configured right setting in group policy, but still donâ??t
understand why these policies can not apply to my workstation. So any one
faced this problem before.
Regards
.
