Thanks so much for your suggestions. I had read previously to make sure
that the client was not pointing to gateway/firewall/ISP dns entry.
I always just shrugged it off, but turns out that's what was causing
the problem.
Now I only have it pointing to internal DNS and works.

Thanks again for making me check those settings.
