authoritative restore not working

I'm up the brown creek and not a paddle in sight.

I've got a 2003 domain where someone deleted a OU with a lot of
computer accounts in it. I booted a DC in restore mode and ordered a
system state restore. After that was completed I did a restore subtree.
Problem is that wether or not I use verinc the version number is just
not increasing enough.

I'm open to suggestions, no matter how far fetched.

Thanks!

Jeroen
