I don't want to change the password, because we use the same password in
other systems (which I don't have access to). All I want to do is just
view it

If you have permissions, you change it to a new one, and check the option
that forces the user to change to it's own password, give the user a new
passwor and when he/she logs on the system force that user to change the
pw
again.

You can't. That would be a huge security problem.
What is your requirement? Perhaps we can help you. But you should
never
need to read someone else's password.
