roaming profile creates problems

I set up a roaming profile test to make sure that it would do what I
expected.
I expected the users my document folder would be accessible from other PC's.
The profile was created but no documents were available even though the user
had documents when he did the logon and log off, which is suppose to create
a profile on the network.

The second thing which is a show stopper. I expected the user could open
outlook from any PC that they login to.
When I login on my test account from another PC, there is nothing for
outlook. It thinks that you are opening for the first time and ask for your
setup info.

Now for the show stopper.
When I log back on the primary PC my outlook wants a completely new setup.
My contacts and emails are lost.

Was I expecting too much from roaming profiles?
