Yeah, it's a little different between 2000 and 2003. You did the right
thing. Delete both the object and the DN, if listed, from the dHCPServers
attribute.

No reboot is required. Depending on the number of domain controllers, sites
and the schedules on the sites, this can take a couple of hours to get to
every DC if you don't force inter-site replication.
