Is the windows 2000 a 32 bit o/s? If so, you can't expect Windows 32 bit to
read a 64 bit system.

adding new server to the domain fails - active directory on the domain is
different from this server - run adprep
adprep /forestprep from r2 x64 disk fails on 2000 server - not a valid
win32
