Re: Same logonserver even though a few DC's

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi
- By default the users should be loadbalanced by available DCs, why do you
say that the users only use that DC?
- If you're having problems when you disconnect that DC and that DC is also
DNS server, make sure that the clients use any other available DNS servers.
-Also run DCdiag and Netdiag and check for output errors on these DCs.

All users get authenticated by one server %logonserver% instead of all
available logon servers. The logon server that is working is NOT the
FSMO
holder, PDC emulator.....

There is no group policy for logonserver or script. How does this work?
Any available DC should act as a logonserver - yes?
