Doesn't IIS come with some web pages that allow you to do exactly this
(iisadmpwd.asp or something)?

Hi I need to use an ASP page to let staff change their password when
working at home. Cannot use .NET (yet) - but I can't wait around until
LAN admin deploy optional updates. Any ideas appreciated. This page
would take existing password / new pass. That part is easy but how does
IIS ASP page send info to AD?
.
