And creating new junction says:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL\sysvol>linkd "%SYSTEMROOT%\SYSVOL\sysvol\mydomain.com"
"C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL\domain"
Could not open: C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL\sysvol\mydomain.com
which seems to be extremely strange because I can open and edit files on
that folder from my computer...

I would get a copy of all store in sysvol2 (As you have done), delete.
everything inside of sysvol, delete both the junction point and the sysvol
folder, re-create sysvol, copy the data across and create a new junction
point.

Hi again,
I tried to follow what was given in the instructions but it failed... I
created a new folder named sysvol2 and copied old folder with contents
there.
However, I cannot use linkd:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL2\staging areas>linkd
C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL\sysvol\mydomain.com
C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL2\domain
Cannot create a link at: C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL2\sysvol\mydomain.com
Should I somehow remove the old links or so or what an earth can I do??? I
put all other values correct and restarted ntfrs without those junctions
and
no my sysvol doesn't get shared at all... The old junctions are still
working
and ntfrsutil returns correct new values.

Hi,
I know that's an area that only few people have been forced to touch at
all.
I think I'll try to _copy_ (and set paths etc) my sysvol folder to
sysvol2
or similar, and re-run secedit. Maybe it won't be until Tuesday (CET)
that
I
have time and guts to do so.
