FIXED!, Thanks.

Thanks for your responses but I fixed it.
The domain admin does not have a home directory map. Everyone that had the
problem (it wasn't everyone we found out) mapped a home drive to a
particular server. After fixing the raid on that server everyone is fine.
I do question why the logons didn't just timeout and give an error message.
You would hear the desktop loading sound, but just have a background screen.
There weren't errors anywhere, it was perplexing.
Thanks again for trying to help out, it's appreciated.

Everything was ok on Friday. This morning, on PC's you can only logon to
the domain as administrator, yet on a MAC any user can login. I have
multiple domain controllers and GC's. DNS is active directory integrated
and name resolution is working. All the services seem to be running
correctly on the servers.
Last weeks patches were pushed on wednesday, operations seemed normal wed,
thurs, fri.
Any help is appreciated, let me know what info you need. I'm in dire
straits right now, over 1000 pc network.
