Delegate user to change computer name in domain

Dear All,

I would like to delegate the task to user to change the computer name in
domain. I tried to check all the possible task which can be delegate but did
not find about changng computer name. I dont want to give administrator
priviledge just for changing computer name.

Would anyone help me about it. I will highly appreciate it.
