Did you install and run ADMT in the target forest? Is a GC available there?
Is DNS working properly?

Hello everyone?
When Im migrating a user from a 2000 forest to a 2003 forest I recieve the
fallowing error message from the ad migration tool log.
"Unable to query global catalog in target forest to verify whether user
principal name (UPN) 'fbarriga@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' is unique. UPN attribute
will not be set. The specified domain either does not exist or could not
be
contacted"
What should I do to correct this issue?
