Hi Naeem,

From which file system are you changing from and to?

If you wish to convert the file system on the system partition from FAT to
NTFS this cannot be done without a reboot. NTFS to FAT conversion is not
possible without reformatting the partition. I believe converting a non
system partition from FAT to NTFS is possible without a reboot.
