Since your group policies are kept in sysvol which is replicated to all your
dc's, it should only need to be run on one dc.

If I use dcgpofix on one of my 3 domain controllers, will the policies
then
be replicated over from the other 2 to restore them or do I need to run it
on
the entire domain and then reset all policies on the GC?
