LingeringObjects... anyone have a slicker way ?

I mean we know 2k3 and the new Repadmin /removelingeringobjects. Thats
boring and a text file with guids, base DN's for the catalog partition
and a "for.....do". Then the modifyrootdse has possibilities but the
walkserver and other I never got to work for some reason.

I've been trapping JOE's excellent gcchk.exe to grap the GUIDS then
based on the domain partition i'm doing, I have the guid for that
domains DC. Then I just put the guid pairs in the right format in a
text file. Then just "for....do" the modifyrootdse against the text
file.

Any have the time to do that ever ? It'd be nice to do a single user,
a single partition, or clean the whole GC.

Thanks

.
