Howdy!

I am running AD on Windows 2000 and am having a slight problem with cached
passwords on workstations. I have it set to cache 2 logons, so that laptops
can be used away from the domain, but when I reconnect to the domain, it
still uses the cached password. The problem with this is that logon scripts
(set thru Group Policy) don't run.
Is there a way to force Windows to check for a DC before logging in with
cached passwords?
Are the workstations Windows XP? If so, try to disable the Fast Boot
behavior via the following GP:
"Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon" -
CompConf\Adm Temp\System\Logon
