What is the next step?
run adpprep /forestprep first?
yepp, on the Schema Master with ADPREP from
the 2003 CD.
or join the 3 server as members?
No, you dont need it.
If you want to made all 3 2003 Servers a DC,
then after ADPREP you can use on the 2003 Servers DCPROMO and at one point you choose
"Additional DC on an existing Domain".
Do I need to run adpprep /forestprep on all four servers?
No, one time on your 2000 Schema Master.
Is there a step missing?
