Implications of changing IP addresses for Domain Controllers ?

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

We've adopted a new range of IP addresses and I need to update Domain
Controllers, DNS, etc to point to the new 172.16.x.x address.

As long as I coordinate the IP address change (change DNS and DC's at same
time), is there any known issue or preparation work when doing that ?
