I have set a GPO to use use a Home directory on network and use
roaming profile.
When the folders are created on network there was the domain suffix
with the username :
\\server\home\<username>.<domain name>
How can i make to remove the domain name suffix
Thanks
Toff
How did you configure the system to create your users' home folders? Are you
copying a template user account with the %username% variable under the
profile tab?
Eg. \\server\home\%username% or \\server\home\%username%.domain.com?

Instead of the website you're using, I suggest to use OEx (Outlook Express
or any other newsreader), and configure a news account, pointing to
news.microsoft.com. This is a direct link to the Microsoft Public
Newsgroups. It is FREE and requires NO ISP's Usenet account. OEx allows you
to easily find, track threads, cross-post, sort by date, poster's name,
watched threads or subject.
It's easy:
