No. You will be creating contacts with their actual email addresses of the
other domain. The SMTP connector with the specific address space will send
those emails to the other Exchange server.

No, not the UPN. I mean their mailbox aliases. That can be found in ADUC in
a user's property as long as the Exchange tools are installed on the DC.


Do they have to have the same passwords?

That is up to you...
