Define routes between DC in multi NIC scenario

Folks

I have a setup where our DCs (say PDC and BDC) are fitted with multiple
NIC such as this

!-------! -- NIC1 <-> backbone <-> NIC1 -- !------!
! PDC ! ! BDC !
!-------! -- NIC2 <-> USERS network <-> NIC2 -- !------!

I'd like to route (is it the proper term ?) all the DC to DC
communications through the "backbone" network. What's the best
way to achieve this ?

Any pointer welcome

Regards
