Jorge, additional to note with 2nd DC results..
As I dont have a GC I cannot adjust any security using the normal GUI
methods.
Do you happen to know how I can resolve the access denied issues
without a
GC?

Frank, I set one of the DCs in the root for GC.
It is being held up by delays in replication of sub-domain data.
If I use replmon on the subdomain servers they all show that
replication
is
running ok.
Is there any way I can force the replication?
