Re: How can I limit Internet Access with Active Directory?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

IPSec policy may help, but ISA will still be a better solution.

I have a set of machines with Internet Access. I only want some of the
users to be able to access the Internet on these machines, any time of
the day. Is there a way to do this with Windows 2000 Server's Active
Directory Group Policy? It is a small set of machines and I could use
the local policy, so either is acceptable, but would like to eventually
use AD. None of the machines use a proxy server. Just a LAN connection
to the Internet.

How can I restrict usage of Internet Explorer based upon the logon?
Thank you for any help.
