there is no way you can merge all 4 forests into one.
Possible options are:
* migrate all 4 forests into new 5th forest
* migrate 3 forests into 1 existing forest
* and all variations you can think with 4 forests
if you keep multiple forests you need to take measures for sync GAL and
free/busy stuff between forests

Our company aquired another and now has 4 separate AD forests, and wants
to consolidate into just one. Within each of the forests, there is an
Exchange server organization. What is the approach for accomplishing
this? Is the ADMT the tool to use in this situation?
Any help is appreciated - I'm just trying to get a handle on the job
scope.
