new member server added to domain

Hi, All
I have a single forest,single domain windows 2003 enviroment and 13 sites at
various locations each site contains a local DC and GC. When I add a server
at the any local site after reboot I cannot login to the domain , it say
"The system cannon log you on due to the following error: The specified
domain either does not exist or could not be contacted." .
I then checked the local DNS and didn't find the computername in DNS, it
appears that its being deleted for some reason perhaps due to replication
from the othere sites. However if I manually add the computer name and join
the domain it seems to be fine..
Has anyone seen this before??/
