Re: Accessing a Child Domain

Hi

1 - Is the Child Domain in different Subnet?
2 - Are you able to ping the T.S in question by IPAddress or NetBiosName or
Fqdn?
3 - do you have any FW between the Domains that prevents TCP port 3389 (Por
used by T.S)?

I have created a child domain and I am unable to access it via Windows
Explorer and Remote Desktop Connection. I have applied KBQ254185,
Q317696,
297716. Everything looks good as far as replication etc. The child
domain
can see the other DC's via Windows Explorer and can also see itself. I am
not sure what else I am missing.
