I previously upgraded my AD to windows 2003. Once this was done I have
noticed that users are mentioning that their home folder, which is
assigned in AD to mount a network share to a local drive, is now
mounting the directory above the correct directory.

Eg., before it would mount \\server\home\username
now it mounts \\server\home\

At first I thought this was a permissions issue, so I checked the
permissions. They are all correct.

This does not happen to all users, just a few at a time.

I've tried disconnecting the drive and then logging off and on, but
this only mounts the home folder, not the user's home folder.

My only solution so far is to manually mount the proper drive using net
use h: \\server\home\username on each workstation with the problem.
Once this is done, it properly mounts the correct folder.

Thoughts?
