Good morning, i know this is not "big stuff" but it's kinda driving me
mad.
We are in and AD subdomain.
I tried to offer Remote Assistance to DC and also to Member servers and/or
workstations but i doesn't work.
When i tried, also on a Member Server:
- Domain GP Remote Assistance" not configured
- OU Domain Server not configured
- Server local security poliy "enabled" and add username (myself which i
am
a Domain Admin) or i tried to add the Remote Desktop Users (which has
Domain
Admin as members)
When adding a user group into the HELPERS how is the way to type the user
or
group as its not possible to browse? (domain\domain admins)???

Again, this is not a major interesting topic but i wasted sometime and
cannot get to work it out.
From my XP workstation i get a "Permission denied" error.
The error shows up immediately after clicking ok, very very fast
