These extended errors are really for PSS. Like you say, a normal user can
only google for DSID, and it does not always work because DSIDs change from
release to release.

You are in a bit better position, because you can get source access as an
MVP. If interested, talk to me offline and I will show you how to locate the
error from DSID.

The problem as I see it is identifying what caused the error.
The extended error doesn't yield much info. (at least, not to those who
aren't used to looking at LDAP extended errors ;-)

Although now that I see that you are converting that first value to
decimal,
I can google the converted value against MSDN and get somewhere.

Is there anychance the sync tool can provide more output (abstracted info.
for the user)?
