what do you want to achieve? are you going to keep your existing
windows 2000 setup along with new windows 2003? if yours is testing
environment its okk t ohave file server on AD server. but if production
environment think again.
To move all the files to new windows 2003 server use "secure copy"
which transfers everything along with user rights. & to export active
directory users use "hyena" its good tool.
