Very newbie here. I have went to the tip and I sort of understand.
Where do I run the .bat file? I understand, through PSexec, that I can
push from my server via the commnad line, but what syntax do I use? I
see the syntax for IOff.bat from the tip is -> .bat idleminutes folder
<- but where does that get executed? I appreciate the help.

IOff.bat runs in YOUR workstation.
It then schedules inactivity logoff on all other workstations.
