how about right here in this newsgroup?! ;-)

remember though that several newsgroups exist depending on a certain
topic. So if you have questions about a certain topic, please use the
correct newsgroup.

To give an example:

For specific AD and related questions you can use:
microsoft.public.win2000.active_directory
microsoft.public.windows.server.active_directory

For specific DNS and related questions you can use:
microsoft.public.win2000.dns
microsoft.public.windows.server.dns

etc.

So check out the microsoft news server (news.microsoft.com) for all
available newsgroups
