I have been trying to set the default homepage on all client machines within
the network. However, when I set this through the GPO under "IE
Maintenance", "URLS", "Important URLS", the setting does not take on any of
the client systems. I have tried running gpupdate, and rebooting the client
machines to see if they would take the change afterwards, but they do not.

OS: Windows 2003 Standard
Clients: Windows 2000/XP

Any ideas?

Thanks
Run gpresult on the client workstations to check when the user policy
last applied and to make sure that whichever GPO you placed these
settings in is actually applying.
