You're going to need to do some troubleshooting for this one. Check the
event logs with the info. on www.eventid.net and also look at
%systemroot%\debug\usermode\userenv.log.

Then use Google groups to search for those errors and see if you can find
any info. of use. The main things to check are DNS (use NLTEST /DSGETDC to
test), SYSVOL permissions and sharing, etc.
