integration of new servers on a network...

Hi,

We have to deploy 2 new servers on a client network where there is no active
directory deployed.
Our solution is based on the AD, so we have setup the AD on our new servers.
(its a sharepoint / SQL Server /Analysis Services / Reporting services
solution)
in a ideal world, we are integrated in an existing Active directory. This
simplify the mangement and the access for the end users.

our client allready have Windows stations and servers deployed (with old NT4
domains and workgroups) and not ready to switch to a central AD.

So I'm looking for options we have to try to simplify the management of the
accounts in this environment.
if possible, I want to synchronize our AD with the NT4 domains.

Or maybe there is a web based interface which allow administrators to easely
manage the accounts.

what are my options?
how long a setup could take?
Our servers are Win 2003 R2 version, does this could help us?

thanks.

Jerome.
